About Me

I am a Chinese Canadian chef from Corner Brook, Newfoundland.  I have been cooking for about twenty years in my family's restaurant as well as several other restaurants.  I studied culinary arts at College of the North Atlantic and holds a red seal certificate.  

I currently work as chef instructor at several Sobeys locations in the St. John's area.  I also work as food and beverage coordinator at the Fairfield Inn and suites by Marriott.

I also have my own home catering company, called Tam Good Catering.  I am available to cater dinner parties and gatherings.  For more information, please feel free to contact me.
